Official pregnancy tests are available through the Health Unit. The pregnancy test is a urine pregnancy test.
Bring in your first morning urine, if you can not come at 8:00 am, then keep the urine in the refrigerator in a closed container until your can come in that day.
After the test is complete, we will give you an official copy of the results that you can take to your insurance or to apply for Medicaid or to your physician. There is a $10 charge and we accept Health care USA, MO Cares, or Medicaid. You must bring your card.
It is very important to see an OB doctor before you are 13 weeks pregnant. Our Maternal Child Health Program will assist you in getting in to see your Obstetrician.
