Food Service Inspections
Here in Audrain County we have two different types of food service
inspections.  First we have the county food establishments who we
inspect under the Mo State Food Code.  Second we have the food
establishments of the City of Mexico.  Mexico has it's own Food
Ordinance under which we base our inspections.

Our inspections are reported on MexTV monthly.  So if you live in
Mexico and have access to the Public Television Channel, check it out
