Fees are sliding scale and based on the Federal Government
Poverty Guidelines. We accept MO HealthNet (Medicaid).
Please bring your card and ID with you.
We accept transfers from other clinics or physicians. We need a
copy of your last pap smear, prescription, and physical exam if
preformed in the last 3 months.
Call 573-581-1332 for an appointment, clinics are usually two
Thursdays a month: one early morning clinic, one late afternoon
clinic.
